Responsibilities::
- Enhance team productivity by demonstrating genuine concern for well-being and performance, Manage endpoint operations and engineering, Combine technical proficiency with effective management to lead the pursuit of technical excellence, Collaborate with engineers, product owners, and senior leadership to turn vision into roadmap, Advocate for organizational values and leadership principles to foster lean and agile practices, refine processes, and boost productivity, Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, feedback, and growth conversations to support career development, including coaching and mentoring, Co-create a collaborative and inclusive culture in line with company values
