Job Description:

    Build, manage, and develop a global high-performing team defining, delivering, and scaling high-quality digital solutions that add business value to customers and our service technicians., Manage and run a diverse team across different countries with competencies in product ownership, digital, QA/testing, and UX/UI., Collaborate directly with senior leadership to design and run transformational programs focused on generating shared successes., Work closely with global digital business leaders to define priorities and ensure products can be scaled end-to-end., Engage with external stakeholders to gather insights, feedback, and requirements as well as with relevant partners., Support in developing and operationalizing the global strategy and defining roadmaps for implementing digital elements., Lead and drive the execution of complex digital programs from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion., Take responsibility for delivering business and transformational value through global digital solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field such as business or engineering
  • Over ten years of experience in team leadership or business leadership roles and as a strategy management consultant or similar experience with strong digital expertise
  • Proven hands-on experience in designing

  • and scaling digital solutions that add business value in a global B2B setting and in collaboration with existing processes
  • Experience with cloud software development
  • UX/UI
  • and global prioritization of requirements within a complex organization linking to existing backend systems
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas and complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
