The responsibilities of this role include overseeing the quality of installation works for wind turbine projects.:
- Test standard times for each subproject to ensure feasibility and adjust workflows in consultation with the construction manager, Prepare assignments and working methods for upcoming turbine projects in collaboration with the construction manager and global project manager, Monitor the progress, quality, and quantity of the work performed by quality inspectors, Manage regional planning, capacity management, and optimal resource allocation for the quality inspection team, Lead, coach, and supervise the quality inspection workforce, Act as a resource for the quality inspection team to resolve issues, Provide technical support to employees and communicate with the head of construction, global management, and other team leaders, Perform administrative tasks, including completing and verifying work orders, Attend project startup and kickoff meetings, Ensure safety assurance within projects, Conduct workplace inspections on existing and new sites according to guidelines, Provide training to the quality inspection team, Report hazardous situations and escalate them to project managers as necessary, Supervise compliance with applicable procedures, regulations, and standards regarding work equipment, quality, working conditions, safety, environment, and technology
