Lead the technology and product roadmap for cinematography with budget responsibilities.:
- Oversee the achievement of all product development targets regarding time, cost, and quality., Build and lead a team of system engineers and project managers to design and develop new lenses and digital solutions for cinematography applications., Act as a strategic partner to develop the category vision by identifying and integrating technology trends into a comprehensive technology roadmap., Advance the development of digital products and services for visual effects workflows., Innovate in system design and software, integrating design-to-value approaches into the development process to secure cost targets., Regularly report progress to the board of management., Collaborate with the Consumer Products Technology & Innovation team and share results with other segments., Build and foster networks within the organization and with external partners.

Qualifications:

- Strong strategic thinking for contributing to product vision and long-term technology roadmaps

- Experience with design thinking methods and agile development processes
