Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Innovation Project Manager to lead and coordinate the management activities in our cutting-edge solid oxide electrolyzer cell technology. This role is pivotal in developing sustainable solutions for a cleaner future and will involve extensive collaboration with various teams and stakeholders. The successful candidate will manage projects related to high-efficiency electrolysis plants, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints. You will play a crucial role in the technology transfer process and prepare essential technical documentation.

The Innovation Project Manager will be responsible for the following tasks::

Coordinate and oversee the scheduled processes and interactions of various work packages., Facilitate technology and intellectual property transfer., Prepare technical documentation related to products and deliver comprehensive work process descriptions., Develop detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget., Support projects by collaborating on content development with internal and external stakeholders., Continuously align with relevant departments to gain a clear understanding of project progress., Provide support to the local management team as a project management office (PMO)., Efficiently allocate and manage project resources, including personnel, budget, and technology., Identify project risks and devise risk mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns., Establish and nurture relationships with strategic partners and potential collaborators., Implement strategic initiatives and organize workshops to promote project goals.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in business
• management
• engineering
• or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum five years of project management experience
• ideally in an engineering or innovation management context
• with experience in green energy markets being advantageous.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking capabilities along with a solution-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong analytical skills and a methodical approach to work.
• A collaborative team player with intercultural awareness to harness the diverse perspectives within our global organization.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English and German.
• A high level of commitment to fostering the green transition.
• Proficient in MS Office
• particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
