As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for enhancing customer engagement and driving sales through effective management and collaboration.:
- Drive engagement on the tesaPRO platform for collaboration and migration, Continuously enhance customer management effectiveness using tesaPRO, Take ownership of assigned LongTail customers and execute sales strategies, Increase sales for defined C and D customer clusters, Onboard customers on tesaPRO and provide first-level support, Maintain accurate customer data within the CRM system, Utilize tesaPRO to roll out new products and secure existing business, Build and maintain a project pipeline with new opportunities, Manage leads through pre-qualification by phone, Support Sales with exceptional communication needs, Share best practices across regional business units, Ensure compliance with internal processes, Facilitate larger customer activities such as events, fairs, and training, Assist sales with editing tenders and creating quotations, Help manage customer portals, Generate and implement ideas to optimize and digitize core sales processes, Contribute to sharing best practices across regional business units

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration
- Engineering
- or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales
- preferably in industrial markets like flexo printing and paper industry
- Strong digital mindset with proficiency in Office 365 applications
- Excellent communication skills
- particularly for virtual meetings and phone interactions
- Fluent in written and spoken German (C1 or higher)
- Fluent in written and spoken English (C1 or higher)
- Polish language skills are a plus
