As an Intellectual Property Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing our intellectual property assets and supporting innovation.:
- Conduct searches and collect technical novelties, patent documents, and scientific papers., Organize workshops to gather potential patent ideas., Assist inventors in preparing invention reports and coordinate initial filings., Communicate with patent attorneys to track patent application progress and maintain patent rights., Manage documentation related to IP assets, including Office Actions, IP portfolio summaries, and patent invalidation., Conduct competitor observations for core technologies and provide timely updates to Innovation Center teams., Support Freedom To Operate analysis, patent landscape analysis, prior art searches, licensing agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and inventor remuneration., Contribute to IP budgeting, strategy, and roadmaps.

Qualifications:
- A university degree in mechanical engineering
- chemical engineering

- or electrochemistry.
- Significant experience in the chemical process industry or engineering sector.
- Additional education or knowledge in intellectual property
- such as a patent engineer.
- Familiarity with professional patent databases.
- Strong ability to assess patentability and infringement
- capable of preliminary evaluation of key projects.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with patent attorneys and R&D team members.
- A strong sense of responsibility and eagerness to learn.
- Fluency in English.
