Job Description:

    We are a leading pharmaceutical company dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of quality in all our products. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our Quality Assurance department at our headquarters in Mannheim.

As an intern in the Quality Assurance department, you will assist with various tasks aimed at maintaining and improving the quality standards of our products.:

    Assist in implementing and maintaining quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards, Support the management of various aspects of quality assurance across global operations, focusing on continuous improvement and efficiency, Assist in the management and implementation of Change Control processes, Help maintain and manage Standard Operating Procedures, including necessary updates and revisions, Assist in the preparation of product approvals, Manage the artwork process, Support supplier qualification processes, including Business Partner Due Diligence and compliance qualifications in line with SOPs, and monitor audit needs, Collaborate with Product Development and Procurement teams to address any quality-related issues during product qualification, Help manage the complaints process, resolving quality-related complaints from customers or regulatory bodies promptly, Keep a register of complaint data, Assist in ensuring full compliance with legal requirements across all business areas, including non-licensed products, Continuously support all processes to ensure inspection readiness, Maintain a quality network within the business by sharing best practices and relevant information

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in Quality Management
  • Pharmaceutical
  • Business Administration
  • Engineering
  • or a related field
  • Basic understanding of quality assurance techniques and tools
  • and familiarity with industry standards such as GMP
  • GDP
  • ISO 13485
  • and Quality Risk Management
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with various teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to perform in a dynamic environment
  • across different cultures
  • Fluent in English; additional European language capabilities are favourable
