Join our technology team as an IT Analyst, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting various strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities will include documenting the local IT strategy, defining technical requirements to comply with new regulations, overseeing outsourced IT services, and coordinating operational resilience activities. You will also assist in audit and remediation projects by outlining actionable requirements for technology teams and monitoring project plans.

As an IT Analyst, you will support multiple strategic initiatives and manage various responsibilities critical to our operations.:

Document and maintain the IT Strategy and Digital Operational Resilience Strategy., Assist in the technology incident management process by reporting incident KPIs and documenting recovery plans., Review new laws and regulations to identify gaps and transcribe impacts into actionable requirements for engineering teams., Act as a primary technology contact for the local office., Contribute to and execute the Technology Governance framework., Engage in the ICT Risk Management framework., Evaluate technology risks and coordinate risk mitigation actions., Manage Operational Resilience activities, including disaster recovery testing., Support internal and external audits by gathering necessary documentation and preparing summaries.
