Job Description:

Join our dynamic team in Garching, Bavaria as a Junior IT Engineer or IT Administrator. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing our hybrid infrastructure, which spans both cloud and on-premise environments. You will oversee critical systems such as our Hacking and Forensics Labs, as well as our general office infrastructure and cloud services. Your expertise will be invaluable in assisting our staff with technical issues, developing sustainable solutions to enhance our operational efficiency. You will have the opportunity to continuously improve our internal IT services and infrastructure, adhering to our philosophy of 'You build it – you run it – you automate it.' Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of experts in forensics, penetration testing, and software development, who will support you in your daily responsibilities.

As a Junior IT Engineer / IT-Administrator, your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the management and enhancement of our IT infrastructure.:

Manage and maintain both cloud-based and on-premise IT systems, Provide technical support to staff and resolve issues efficiently, Develop sustainable solutions to improve IT services, Continuously enhance internal processes and workflows, Collaborate with a team of specialists in various IT disciplines

Qualifications:

• Completed vocational training or a degree in Computer Science
