As a Lead Data Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for guiding the engineering team and ensuring the successful delivery of data solutions.:
- Team Leadership: Provide mentorship and guidance to the Data Platform Engineering team, promoting professional development and a culture of continuous improvement, Platform & Cloud Architecture: Design, implement, and enhance a robust data platform leveraging AWS, focusing on scalability, cost-efficiency, and innovation, Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with data science, analytics, and product teams to ensure the platform meets business requirements, Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve platform bottlenecks, implementing automated solutions to enhance performance, Comprehensive Documentation: Create and maintain thorough documentation for platform architecture, processes, and best practices

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science
- Information Technology

- and distributed systems using languages such as Python or Rust
- Proficient in SQL and NoSQL databases and familiar with data processing frameworks like Spark
- Experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS

- or GCP and infrastructure management tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
- Knowledge of advanced data tools and frameworks including Databricks
- Snowflake
- Airflow

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills
