As a Leader in Industrial Engineering, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing various engineering processes.:

Implement group-wide standards at the Hemer plant for processes, procedures, machines, tools, and Lean Management, Plan, implement, and monitor cost improvement measures across production processes, coordinating with central departments, Support plant management in the strategic orientation of the Hemer facility, Lead automation programs from concept to realization, including robotics and complex production chains, Drive new product development initiated by central R&D, ensuring smooth implementation in production until Start of Production, Manage technical and disciplinary aspects of the Industrial Engineering team at the Hemer plant

Qualifications:

• Completed engineering or master's degree in mechanical engineering

• Several years of professional experience in industrial engineering
• preferably in a multi-stage production environment
• Demonstrated leadership experience

• High proficiency in project management

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English

• Knowledge of software and methodologies such as PLC
• along with experience in Industry 4.0 applications including AI
