This position offers you the chance to work on a key group program and to shape our S/4HANA greenfield business transformation to drive harmonization and standardization of processes and structures that will define the way we work for years to come. Furthermore, it is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to transition into a new role and make a significant impact. Together with our chosen implementation partner, you will take responsibility to support the program’s training stream and as such::

    Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop training objectives, scope, methods, and curricula, Support the implementation of training for company-wide roll-outs, including coordination with hub training leads, Contribute to optimizing internal training standards and ensure the quality of training and training materials, Work with the learning operations team to deliver training to end users, Strive for process excellence and provide creative solutions for training deployment across entities worldwide, aligning training activities with the overall program plan

Qualifications:

  • a university degree with focus on human resources or organizational development
  • pedagogy
  • or a comparable field of study
  • three to five years of experience in organizational learning and training
  • preferably with experience in IT or business transformation programs
  • experience in using software for creating training materials
  • such as SAP Enable Now; basic SAP knowledge would be advantageous
  • results-oriented
  • analytical and organizational skills paired with strong communication skills
  • strong proficiency in both German and English
