What you will do:

    Assist Garden Linux users with technical issues or inquiries, Consult users interested in adopting Garden Linux, Manage information assets relevant for end-users, such as documentation, notes, tutorials, and support tickets, Represent Garden Linux at events and open-source community meetups

Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with Linux
  • Strong problem-solving skills and empathy for the customer
  • Willingness to develop skills and focus on quality and operations
  • including the development and execution of tests and issue reproduction
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Experience as a Support Engineer
  • Consultant
  • or System Administrator in an enterprise environment is a plus
  • Valid Linux Foundation certifications or completed trainings are advantageous
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized applications is desired
  • Familiarity with Debian
