What you will do:
- Assist Garden Linux users with technical issues or inquiries, Consult users interested in adopting Garden Linux, Manage information assets relevant for end-users, such as documentation, notes, tutorials, and support tickets, Represent Garden Linux at events and open-source community meetups

Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Linux
- Strong problem-solving skills and empathy for the customer

- Experience as a Support Engineer
- Consultant
- or System Administrator in an enterprise environment is a plus
- Valid Linux Foundation certifications or completed trainings are advantageous
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized applications is desired
