Explore your exciting role:
- Become a vital member of the Project Control team, supporting projects during both the initial setup and execution phases., Ensure adherence to the best planning practices in line with corporate procedures during the project's early stages., Oversee the correct implementation of planning systems (P6 or MSP), TMS (Physical Progress System), and LPS (Last Planner System) to fulfill project requirements., Provide essential planning training to the project teams, ensuring the Exyte methodology is well understood and executed. Introduce innovative methodologies to enhance project planning delivery., Demonstrate flexibility in addressing onsite planning challenges and offer ongoing support as a key reference for project teams.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Engineering
- Economics
- or Project Management. PMP certification is preferred.
- Approximately 10 years of relevant operational experience within the construction sector
- including 8 years in a leading EPC/EPCm firm and 8 years in planning.
- Expert knowledge of P6
- PRA
- and the ability to interpret CSA and MEP design documents.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German is an advantage.
- Strong leadership qualities and coaching capabilities.
