O&M Manager

Responsible for the O&M and Asset Management procedures for medium to large scale chemical processing assets, including hydrogen production, purification, ammonia cracking, and refueling facilities. More specifically::

    Support project development efforts in establishing O&M concepts., Assist in engineering, permitting, and procurement processes., Execute O&M concepts and make or buy decisions, supporting procurement in negotiating long-term service agreements and third-party O&M contracts., Technical Asset Management of facilities., Develop O&M general standards and processes by leveraging experiences from other operational entities., Coordinate with the health and safety team to manage the safety content of specifications and contracts with sub-suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Background in Chemical
  • Mechanical
  • or Process Engineering or equivalent.
  • Over 5 years of experience in Operation and Maintenance or Asset Management of chemical
  • process
  • or energy generation plants
  • ideally related to hydrogen or ammonia.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety standards and requirements.
  • Experience in setting up or leasing with Remote Control Centers is beneficial.
  • Willingness to travel within Europe.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and German.
  • Experience with SEVESO sites is preferable.
  • Experience in Automation IT-OT is preferable.
  • High level of initiative and a conscientious approach to work.
  • Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence.
