As a People Lead, you will guide your team in delivering innovative software solutions.:

Participate in our agile delivery organization to develop software solutions for international B2B insurance and risk management products, Continuously enhance the skills of your team of around 20 employees in alignment with current and future needs, liaising with other departments for requirements, Act as a Servant Leader to foster self-organization and autonomy within teams, Manage the planning and budgeting necessary to achieve these objectives, Ensure compliance with essential IT governance functions in line with VAIT, DORA, and other regulations

Qualifications:

• Passionate about delivering high-quality and secure software solutions that exceed customer expectations
• Completed studies in business informatics or equivalent training
• 5+ years of leadership experience
• particularly in agile software development environments
• preferably within the SAFe framework
• Knowledge in developing Java cloud applications is a plus
• Experience in the insurance industry is beneficial
• Fluent in English and German
• A collaborative team player who is enthusiastic about their role and can inspire others
