Join our team and you'll be responsible for providing expert support in troubleshooting software issues, guiding users, and suggesting system improvements.:

    First Line Support: Serve as the initial contact for People Systems queries, adhering to service level agreements., Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve technical issues in collaboration with relevant teams., Testing and Functionality Support: Support end-to-end testing and provide feedback on system performance., Training and Documentation: Maintain and update training materials, and conduct training sessions., Change Management and Project Support: Participate in change management initiatives and contribute to improvement projects.

Spoken Languages:

  • English, German, French

Skillset:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting
  • Experience with CRM and HRIS systems
  • Ability to create training materials
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Qualifications:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and German with excellent communication skills for clear user interactions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in troubleshooting software issues
