Job Description:

As a Plant Controller, you will serve as a crucial business partner to the Operations department, providing financial and controlling support.:
- Act as the primary contact for all commercial issues at the production location, Support the Operations department with independent expert opinions regarding finance and controlling, Manage operations controlling including product costing from pilot series onwards, Analyze and validate production cost planning and forecasting, Review and track investment requests in line with internal guidelines, monitor investment projects, and assess asset value and performance, Oversee inventory valuation, Conduct monthly financial closings and analyze periodic results, Prepare, analyze, and interpret KPI reports regularly, Evaluate existing production processes to identify improvement opportunities and assist in developing and implementing action plans in collaboration with the Operations department

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in economics or industrial engineering focusing on controlling
