Support customer center teams in handling IT interface requests and develop local competence, Lead the specification process for new projects, ensuring alignment with customer needs, Prepare business cases to prioritize software and data interface developments based on customer value and market trends, Facilitate internal collaboration between Engineering, R&D, and the Software-and-Data Interface teams, Create project-specific standard software packages, Develop customer-specific software adaptations to meet requirements, Take ownership of post-project support, fixing customer issues with deployed software alongside service teams, Provide training and prepare installation guidelines for local customer centers and service organizations, Define project scope, plan delivery, and ensure transparent execution with a solid process for managing change requests

Qualifications:

• Academic degree in a STEM field
• preferably with a focus on Computer Science or a related area
• Hands-on programming experience in C++
• C#

• Expert knowledge of Data Interface protocols such as MQTT and OPCUA
• Strong application knowledge related to software and data solutions
• Good communication skills in English and German
• minimum B2 level
• both spoken and written
• Ability to foster collaboration and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Demonstrate ownership and entrepreneurial spirit in driving projects to success
• Proactive and flexible mindset to manage challenges and prioritize workload
• Willingness to learn from mistakes and embrace a 'learn by doing' approach
• Understanding of change management dynamics and commitment to continuous improvement
• Enjoyment of working in an international environment and willingness to travel for customer meetings and global collaborations
