- Take full accountability for maintaining and operating all product-related business and IT services, including availability and capacity management., Develop and manage product roadmaps in alignment with business objectives and IT strategies., Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and translate them into service requirements., Act as a key stakeholder, keeping a deep understanding of market and industry trends., Work with the product team to ensure they understand the product vision and are designing features that meet business and partner needs., Identify potential risks and proactively mitigate them while continually seeking ways to improve processes and efficiency in product development.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business
- Computer Science
- or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in product management or a similar role
- with expertise in Agile methodologies.
- Strong understanding of the product lifecycle and experience with tools such as SAP SAC/BI
- Microsoft Azure
- Power BI
- and other reporting tools.
- Proven experience leading and managing software development teams
- with the ability to mentor team members and enforce best practices.
- Proficient in both German and English.
- Excellent organizational skills
