Lead and execute project certifications within offshore wind project teams.:

Lead and execute project certifications within offshore wind project teams., Develop and implement certification plans and track action items to ensure timely and quality document completion, aligned with agreed milestones and schedules., Negotiate with stakeholders on the scope, timeline, format, and content of certification and validation, including defending documented validation justifications to certifiers, suppliers, and authorities., Regularly update certification requirements and documentation, ensuring alignment with design principles., Compare and validate employer requirements with the needs to meet relevant certification standards., Manage project interfaces with certification bodies, internal teams, and external stakeholders., Provide consultation to internal departments on best practices for certification, problem-solving, and industry-specific cases., Support continuous improvement of standards and guidelines., Oversee the certification process and manage interactions with certifiers., Contribute to project management, including planning, tracking progress, coordinating with clients, and documenting results.
