Join us as a Project Manager to shape and contribute to the success of digital transformation initiatives.:

Manage the PMO for a strategic program aimed at transforming the company into a leading digital ecosystem player, Oversee the portfolio of digital transformation initiatives and drive execution at the company level, Ensure effective program delivery by proactively managing project controls, including status and financial reporting, Facilitate alignment within the program and manage dependencies with other strategic initiatives, Plan and execute key meetings while managing diverse and senior stakeholder groups, Coordinate program/project communications in close alignment with change management efforts

Qualifications:

• Excellent university degree
• preferably in natural sciences

• Three to four years of experience

• Proven track record in managing large and complex projects or programs within an agile framework
• Extensive experience using various project management tools and techniques
• including project plans
• roadmaps
• risk mitigation
• and financial reporting
• Ability to propose effective decisions and quickly gain the trust of key stakeholders
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate productively with diverse teams
• Highly structured
