Manage projects within the global FIT4 Program for the Operations and Quality workstream.:

Oversee the analysis and coordination of global processes and requirements in alignment with business representatives and IT experts., Coordinate global processes, ensuring alignment with business and IT experts., Define system requirements, explore implementation options, and oversee IT and process architecture., Manage project plans, monitor progress, and ensure stakeholder alignment., Evaluate and integrate Operations processes into global templates for rollout., Monitor progress, identify deviations, and integrate local needs into global templates., Align the transformation process with ongoing projects within Operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics
• Business Administration
• Industrial Engineering
• or related fields
• Three to five years of experience in leading projects with a focus on Operations
• Proficiency in ERP systems
• particularly SAP PP
• SAP QM
• SAP PM
• Comprehensive understanding of IT architecture with both SAP and non-SAP landscapes
• such as MES
• Experience in global ERP rollouts
• Project management experience with strong analytical skills and a proactive approach
• Ability to manage stakeholders
• simplify complexity
• and mentor team members
• Experience in change management
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent English proficiency
• with German as a plus
