We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Offshore Wind segment within our Global Center of Competence. This role requires close collaboration with Offshore Wind developers, T&D Utility customers, EPC Contractors, and local units globally. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sustainable energy, demonstrate high motivation and an outgoing personality, and possess the experience necessary to manage major customer-specific projects. You will be responsible for promoting and positioning System Solutions and respective Service Solutions in the Offshore Wind sector. Key responsibilities include managing major offshore projects and leading project teams.:

Oversee national and international offshore projects., Lead a multidisciplinary team, delegating tasks based on project requirements., Clarify customer requirements and define project structure, organization, scope, and schedule., Review contracts and clarify technical details, with assistance from Sales and Engineering., Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders as the main point of contact., Monitor project progress following company policies and best practices to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion., Organize and oversee engineering, assembly, and commissioning processes to meet project goals., Plan and execute factory testing and system handover at the customer's site., Manage project finances, including invoicing, costs, cash flows, and key performance indicators., Handle risk management and claims related to project disruptions., Implement efficient personnel deployment strategies., Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental guidelines for all projects., Initiate sustainable process improvements., Enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical or Industrial Engineering with several years of professional experience in project management or project execution
