As an R&D Development Engineer, you will be responsible for the following tasks::

Conduct research and development activities for optoelectronic components, Design and implement assembly processes and testing protocols, Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation, Utilize measurement equipment for quality assurance and testing, Analyze data and provide insights to enhance assembly efficiency, Document processes and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in executing complex assembly tasks and research projects

• Comprehensive knowledge of assembly processes including mechanics

• and software routines such as vision algorithms
• Experience with high-tech measurement equipment
• Robust laboratory skills
• adept at using a range of tools from hammers to tweezers

• Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced R&D environment
