As an R&D Development Engineer, you will be responsible for the following tasks::
- Conduct research and development activities for optoelectronic components, Design and implement assembly processes and testing protocols, Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation, Utilize measurement equipment for quality assurance and testing, Analyze data and provide insights to enhance assembly efficiency, Document processes and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in executing complex assembly tasks and research projects
- Strong problem-solving abilities for challenging tasks under tight deadlines
- Comprehensive knowledge of assembly processes including mechanics
- electrics
- pneumatics
- optics
- and software routines such as vision algorithms
- Experience with high-tech measurement equipment
- Robust laboratory skills
- adept at using a range of tools from hammers to tweezers
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- Effective communication and teamwork capabilities
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed
- Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced R&D environment
- Collaborative mindset
- working closely with various departments including Sales and Production
- Highly organized with a proactive approach and attention to detail
