Job Description:

The Regional SHE Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations across the region.:

    Provide strategic direction and support to regional and plant Safety, Health, and Environmental activities., Coordinate and present SHE topics and initiatives with regional management and collaborate with SHE networks., Assist plants with risk assessments, contractor safety management, and standardizing processes., Conduct training and coaching to develop a robust safety culture during site visits., Perform regular visits to plants for audits, incident investigations, and training., Support environmental compliance, reporting, auditing, and data accuracy., Advise management on achieving safety and health indicators., Serve as the contact point for local authorities regarding SHE activities., Act as a functional manager for local SHE managers at plants., Develop and review company standards and support documents.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Safety
  • Health and Environmental or Engineering.
  • NEBOSH general certificate is a plus in combination with a general degree.
  • Sustainable development risk management qualification is a plus.
  • Knowledge of relevant local legislations
  • or ISO 45001/14001 standards is mandatory.
  • Over five years of experience as a SHE Specialist in a manufacturing environment.

  • Willingness to travel regularly in the region and Europe.
  • Agile and curious mindset with good technical understanding and solution-oriented attitude.
  • Fluent in English and German; knowledge of Czech is a plus.
