Sales Manager DACH
Job Description:
- As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving and executing strategic sales plans focused on hardware, software, and expert services to achieve revenue growth and increase market share in the DACH region. Your responsibilities will include managing the local sales team while actively engaging both new and existing customers to build strong market presence and establish long-term partnerships.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies to enhance customer engagement and market presence.:
- Identify target customers and key accounts within focus verticals and establish outreach to build relationships., Engage customers across the region through feedback mechanisms., Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly business plans and forecasts., Align regional plans with the strategic priorities of the global commercial team., Collaborate with colleagues to provide a coordinated sales approach., Drive market growth by identifying new customers and opportunities., Work with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction., Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to generate new business opportunities., Develop strategies for account growth aligned with business objectives., Manage opportunity funnels and forecasted sales effectively., Implement best practices in key account and funnel management., Conduct market analysis to identify trends and adapt offerings to customer needs., Act as a strategic partner to key customers in their reliability journey.

Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or substantial sales experience.

- Proven ability to balance short-term goals with long-term strategic initiatives.
- Strong results orientation and a proactive approach to achieving ambitious targets.
- Excellent communication skills
- capable of engaging with strategic and key accounts.
- High level of initiative and commitment to driving business growth.
- Advanced skills in CRM and sales funnel management.
- Fluency in German and English is required; knowledge of French is a plus.
