About the opportunity:

Collaborate with product managers, senior engineers, and tech leads for continuous planning and process enhancement., Conduct Salesforce development, primarily utilizing Apex and Lightning components., Offer guidance and best practices to ensure a scalable and compliant Salesforce instance., Encourage knowledge sharing and foster a learning culture within the team., Implement modern engineering practices by writing clean, well-tested code and ensuring regular deployment of features., Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing company-wide engineering culture., Oversee User Acceptance Testing for both major and minor releases., Manage project milestones, maintain high productivity in a fast-paced environment, and delegate tasks as necessary., Continuously improve existing tools for various departments and identify additional teams that could benefit from our support.
