Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly motivated Scientist or Postdoctoral researcher to join our team in the analysis of microscopic biomedical images. The successful candidate will play a critical role in developing innovative analytical methods to advance health research and contribute to the improvement of disease prevention, early diagnosis, and therapy, particularly in areas such as cardiovascular diseases, autoimmune diseases, and cancer.

The role involves advanced research and development in the field of biomedical image analysis.:
- Create scalable microscopy image analysis workflows for real interdisciplinary applications in biomedical research, Develop multi-modal machine learning algorithms for integrating multi-omics analytical data with microscopy image data, Establish a FAIR microscopy data management system within the institute, Collaborate with software engineers and students to build a public AI-ready data portal, Coordinate interdisciplinary cross-team projects and lead the development of computational tools, Publish findings and methodologies in conference presentations and journal articles, Conduct software demonstrations and tutorials at national and international workshops
