As a member of the innovation team, you will work closely with a diverse range of partners including material design, product creation, athlete science, and engineering, as well as external creative collaborators and studios to produce advanced concepts. Effective communication and storytelling skills are essential to articulate your vision and inspire cross-functional teams during critical company milestones. Building strong relationships with these partners is key to driving projects from concept through to completion.:

Create innovative design solutions for assigned concepts or categories, facilitating performance innovations from opportunity identification to production., Develop cutting-edge product innovations that establish industry benchmarks for athletic performance., Conduct research on athlete and consumer insights to enhance both aesthetic and functional elements of each project., Stay at the forefront of global design trends and innovations and their practical applications., Share new insights and best practices with the extended innovation team., Collaborate with dedicated cross-functional groups., Convey and implement the creative vision into products., Self-manage your creative processes and design projects confidently with clear decision-making and productivity., Lead the transformation of insights, performance benefits, and technological opportunities into strategic products., Work with relevant Innovation Teams to develop appropriate materials, technologies, construction concepts, and patterns through sampling., Clearly present product ideas and details verbally., Visualize product ideas and ranges with a high degree of expertise., Travel as necessary to market locations or manufacturing partners., Provide creative direction., Engage with categories, marketing, development, team members, and external partners.
