Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the implementation of sustainability initiatives, ensuring achievement of key performance indicators related to decarbonization., Ensure compliance with current and upcoming environmental ESG regulations in collaboration with relevant departments., Align senior leadership on long-term sustainability goals regarding decarbonization, circular economy, and biodiversity, ensuring strategic compliance., Engage with industry stakeholders to address significant challenges requiring collective action, while influencing and shaping effective solutions., Act as a spokesperson for the organization’s sustainability efforts to investors, media, and other key stakeholders., Manage affiliations with environmental alliances and industry partnerships., Establish measurable environmental targets and KPIs, driving initiatives and tracking progress., Implement solutions for effective environmental data management and reporting in line with regulatory requirements., Foster internal understanding and skills related to sustainability strategies and KPIs., Build and lead a high-performing international team, providing clear objectives, support, and development opportunities.
