Discover your exciting role:
- Collaborate with Top Executives to design and implement competitive compensation and benefits packages, including bonus structures aligned with business objectives. Assist with executive employment agreements., Stay informed about legal and regulatory changes affecting compensation and benefits. Advise C-Suite and leadership on compliance strategies for contracts and bonus programs. Mitigate risks and ensure adherence to all standards., Provide hands-on guidance to HR regarding compensation matters, including budget management, crafting clear communication for bonus programs, and implementing policy changes. Analyze the impact of policies on workforce dynamics and equip HR to support Top Executives' talent management goals., Assess and understand unique regional needs, design tailored compensation and benefits solutions, and manage relationships with external vendors providing services related to compensation and benefits., Integrate new employees, align compensation and benefits structures following mergers or acquisitions, and evaluate and implement new HR technologies for efficient management of compensation and benefits functions.

Qualifications:
- Eight to ten years of experience in Senior HRBP or Compensation & Benefits roles

- Extensive experience in a multinational work environment.
- Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks impacting compensation and benefits.
- Exceptional written and analytical skills
- with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively. Proficiency in German is required.
