    Lead and oversee project development activities for the Semiconductor and Battery Manufacturing Industry, ensuring client needs are translated into effective design solutions., Attend client meetings to understand project expectations and act as a subject matter expert from design development to implementation., Utilize data, business intelligence tools, and dashboards to support the audit team with precise analyses and evaluations., Ensure technical proposals meet the highest standards, considering all necessary cost components before submission., Collaborate with other disciplines within the concept development team to deliver optimal technical design solutions.

Qualifications:

  • An Honours or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • along with professional engineering certification.
  • A minimum of 15 years of design and construction experience in high-tech or multidisciplinary projects
  • with at least 10 years in leadership roles.
  • Extensive technical expertise in electrical systems
  • including high voltage
  • low voltage
  • and UPS systems
  • with experience in BIM model-integrated design.
  • Strong proficiency in data analytics
  • BI tools
  • and dashboards for actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities
  • with at least 5 years of experience in managing
  • coaching
  • and mentoring teams.
  • Commitment to ensure compliance with Design for Safety procedures
  • while actively promoting the value of safety during design
  • construction
  • and commissioning phases.
