The Opportunity::

    Retain and expand the team's client portfolio monthly, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly sales targets., Collaborate with various departments to develop go-to-market strategies that encompass software sales and service delivery., Work with cross-functional leaders to align goals and surpass renewal, upsell, and cross-sell objectives., Provide accurate team sales forecasts and reports., Recruit, mentor, and lead a diverse team of sales account managers., Ensure the team achieves Account Management goals while delivering key performance metrics such as quarterly business reviews and customer engagement., Identify and spearhead initiatives that enhance organizational performance., Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and quarterly reviews to address skill gaps and elevate team performance.

Qualifications:

  • particularly in the automotive and manufacturing sectors
  • is highly regarded
  • Deep understanding of complex sales frameworks
  • along with a background in selling emerging technologies
  • Proven track record in developing team members' careers and driving their success
  • Ability to establish and nurture trusted relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Fluent in English and German with excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required
