Senior Manager SIOP

Job Description:

    We are seeking a dedicated Senior Manager SIOP to join our team. This role can be based anywhere in Europe and is pivotal in implementing and ensuring the effective delivery of the SIOP process across the EMEA region. The successful candidate will lead change management efforts, ensuring the adoption of SIOP strategies across sites and the enterprise.

The Senior Manager SIOP will be responsible for a range of critical functions, including::

    Implementing and ensuring effective delivery of the region's SIOP process., Driving operational performance improvements across customer satisfaction, inventory optimization, productivity, profit, and revenue growth., Owning the region's SIOP processes and fostering relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure robust, accurate, and timely inputs., Managing short-term tactical SIOP processes along with long-term demand, capacity, and supply plans., Facilitating the long-term Demand Plan with input from key stakeholders and developing methods to model demand changes and their impact on site operations., Assisting sites in the region with both short-term Operational Planning and long-term SIOP Supply Plans., Consolidating inputs from all sites and leading the SIOP meeting at the regional level, as well as supporting business unit level SIOP meetings., Documenting all SIOP decisions, tracking action items, and ensuring timely completion., Utilizing Root Cause Analytics and Corrective Action methods to drive improved performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Supply Chain

  • or a related field.
  • At least ten years of experience in supply chain

  • or inventory planning
  • focusing on SIOP or S&OP processes.
  • Proficiency in advanced MS Excel; experience with Tableau is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Skill in prioritizing and communicating effectively with senior management and stakeholders.
