As a Senior Product Development Process Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the development and enhancement of our electrolysis technologies.:

Design and develop innovative, cost-effective solutions for alkaline electrolysis cells and electrolyzer stacks for green hydrogen applications., Identify improvements for existing products and manage development projects to implement these enhancements., Lead development projects, including cost control, after an initial training phase., Collaborate with internal and external partners on development projects and conduct technical discussions with clients, suppliers, and development partners worldwide., Commission test facility plants and assist during the commissioning of commercial plants., Prepare and update process and instrumentation diagrams for test facilities and demonstration plants., Analyze project results, prepare presentations with clear conclusions, and report findings to management., Act as a liaison between product development and process engineering to translate development results into practical product solutions.

Qualifications:

• A university degree in chemical engineering

• or electrochemistry.
• Relevant work experience in chemical plants
• particularly in alkaline water electrolysis or Chlor-Alkali technology.
• Strong analytical skills to identify development potential and manage meaningful development projects.
• A proactive mindset with a hands-on approach and a strong team orientation.
• Cultural awareness to effectively navigate and leverage cultural differences.
• Proficiency in both German and English is essential.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally on a regular basis.
