Job Description:

If so, we invite you to join our team as a Solution Consultant specializing in RapidResponse, a leading supply chain planning platform. In this role, you will be instrumental in implementing and optimizing Kinaxis RapidResponse software for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and business analysts, to deliver successful supply chain solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include understanding client requirements, configuring the RapidResponse system, and providing comprehensive training and support to ensure smooth implementation and user adoption. Join our outstanding team in locations across Europe or remotely.

As a Solution Consultant, you will undertake various responsibilities to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation.:

Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze their supply chain requirements, Configure the Kinaxis RapidResponse system according to client specifications, Develop and conduct comprehensive training sessions for end users and key stakeholders, Create functional design documentation, software specifications, and testing/training scenarios, Work with internal teams to design and implement optimal supply chain solutions, Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise, Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in supply chain management and Kinaxis RapidResponse

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as supply chain management

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Effective communication skills for conveying complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Hands-on approach with a structured work style and a focus on customer satisfaction
• High motivation to learn new technologies and processes
• Experience as a Solution Consultant or in a similar role
• preferably with expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse is a plus
