Your Role in Digital Innovation:

Collaborating with the innovation team to develop testing and test automation strategies for new projects., Serving as a technical lead, guiding projects from a technical standpoint, and mentoring team members., Maintaining close contact with clients., Participating in pre-sales and upselling activities.

• Extensive experience with CI/CD processes
• including establishing pipelines for test automation and setting quality gates.
• Proficiency in managing databases
• IoT
• IIoT
• and container technologies.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• with the ability to engage in technical discussions with clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to mentor and serve as a role model for less experienced colleagues.
• An agile mindset.
