Your Role in Digital Innovation:

Work closely with the innovation team to develop testing and test automation strategies for new projects., Serve as a technical lead, guiding projects from a technical perspective and mentoring team members., Maintain strong communication with clients., Participate in pre-sales and up-sales activities.

• Extensive experience in test automation
• including UI (web and/or desktop)

• and Python.
• Strong background in CI/CD processes
• including establishing pipelines for test automation and quality gates.
• Expertise with databases
• IoT
• IIoT
• and container technologies.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English
• capable of discussing technical topics directly with clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to mentor and serve as a role model for less experienced colleagues.
• Possess an agile mindset.
