Job Description:

Join a leading global developer and supplier of technologies, automation, and services for the pulp, paper, and energy industries. We are currently expanding our customer service team for paper, board, and tissue machines, as well as pulp. This role involves executing projects in mechanical service and modernization as part of our finishing division at customer sites across Central Europe. Short assignments throughout Europe, mainly in Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, and Switzerland, will also be included.

As a Service Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include::

Executing on-site projects, including installation and supervision, Organizing and performing service and installation tasks, Acting as the primary contact for customers regarding technical and project-related inquiries, Preparing protocols and service reports, Being the first point of contact for the customer

Spoken Languages:

• English, German, French

• Mechanical engineering
• Project management

Qualifications:

• Training focused on mechanics or mechanical engineering
• or substantial experience in mechanical service or maintenance
• Strong knowledge of mechanics
• with optional experience in hydraulics
• pneumatics
• or drive technology
• Preferred industry knowledge in the paper industry
• Team-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Proficient in German and good command of English
• both written and spoken
• Comfortable using the latest IT systems
• Class B driving license with a willingness to travel approximately seventy to eighty percent
