Our Renewables team is looking for a skilled professional to join our efforts!:
- Lead project teams and coordinate activities for successful project execution, Create and manage project timelines from late-stage development to execution closure, focusing on deviation analysis and impacts, Develop clear work breakdown structures to effectively achieve project goals, supporting tendering and proposal processes, Ensure all contractual acceptance criteria are met for project scopes, Inform leadership of any project risks, particularly regarding scope, finances, schedule, HSSEQ, and external impacts, Promote continuous improvement in processes, leveraging digital systems and modern technologies for project management, Encourage a culture of safety and compliance in the workplace, Report to the Head of Construction and Project Management regarding project scope, finances, schedules, and HSSEQ

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management
- Engineering

- 3 to 5 years of experience managing large-scale or multiple mid-sized solar projects both locally and internationally

- and Electrical concepts and drawings
- Experience in managing teams

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities
- Advanced knowledge of MS Project scheduling techniques
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other European languages is a plus)
- Willingness to travel
- Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) or International Project Management Association (IPMA) Certification
- Preferred: Understanding of Lean
- Agile
- and Waterfall project management methodologies
