As a Subject Matter Expert and technical instructor, you will focus on Robotics and Automation, implementing both technical and pedagogical concepts in industry and educational settings.:

    Develop and implement training and consulting projects, primarily in China, while supporting a global team of vocational training experts., Create and document comprehensive training programs, including training modules, teaching materials, and competency assessment standards., Prepare and deliver hands-on training sessions in workshop settings, facilitating classroom discussions., Incorporate best industry practices into training programs., Establish partnerships with other experts and organizations to enhance and expand technical training services.

Qualifications:

  • Formal qualification in Robotics
  • Industrial Automation
  • or Mechatronics
  • At least three years of experience with industrial robots such as ABB
  • Fanuc
  • Kawasaki
  • KUKA
  • Motoman
  • or Nachi
  • Hands-on experience with the installation
  • commissioning
  • and maintenance of industrial robots and complex mechatronic systems
  • Robotic programming skills with an ability to assist others in creating robot paths and developing programs
  • Familiarity with electrical and electronic schematic diagrams and practical experience in pneumatic and hydraulic control systems
  • Experience in Siemens SPS programming
  • particularly with SIMATIC S7-1500
  • Ethernet
  • Profinet
  • and TIA Portal is a plus
  • Basic skills in setting up I/O structures
  • robot startups
  • and various fieldbus networks
  • Experience as a technical instructor in the relevant fields
  • either as an in-company trainer or at a vocational training institution
  • Proficient communication skills in English or Chinese
