Join a leading provider of high-tech printing products and workflow software for the commercial printing market. We operate across three continents, employing approximately 3300 individuals and headquartered in Venlo, the Netherlands. We are seeking a dedicated System Support Engineer to enhance our team.

As a System Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our technical team.:

Support, monitor, and further develop our existing Linux, Kubernetes, and container environments., Collaborate closely with development teams to create efficient deployment and operational processes for our software solutions., Enhance existing solutions focusing on areas such as security, monitoring, and backups., Engage in projects alongside the infrastructure team., Serve as the first point of contact for error analysis, troubleshooting, and service request handling in 2nd level support.

Qualifications:

• A degree in computer science
• business informatics
• or a related field
• or equivalent qualifications through professional experience and further training.
• At least three years of professional experience in a related role.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes
• GitOps
• and cloud-native technologies such as Rancher
• RKE2
• ArgoCD
• and Prometheus.
• Experience in administering Linux systems
• preferably RedHat
• along with tools like Katello
• Foreman
• and Puppet.
• A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and German.
