Job Description:

    A leading IT services company located in Kirchdorf an der Iller is seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Lead for their Central Service Desk. This role is critical for designing, implementing, and managing central IT support solutions across various locations within the organization. You will be responsible for enhancing support processes and ensuring effective communication regarding incidents and updates.

As the Team Lead, you will oversee the service desk's operations and ensure high-quality support for all users.:

    Collaborate on the design and organization of the central service desk, Establish and enforce support process guidelines, including incident management and problem resolution, Lead the onboarding and training of new service desk agents while promoting a customer-centric culture, Act as the main point of communication for customer notifications, software updates, and maintenance schedules, Utilize tools such as ticket tracking and automation to enhance operational efficiency, Direct and manage ticket routing and fulfillment processes
