As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for guiding and managing your team to ensure successful project outcomes.:

Provide technical leadership and manage agile projects., Oversee code maintenance and refactoring, ensuring high quality., Conduct code reviews and enforce quality assurance processes., Foster team collaboration and strategic planning., Manage personnel effectively and ensure alignment with organizational goals., Make delivery commitments, communicate progress, and take ownership of outcomes., Estimate project timelines for roadmap planning and prioritization., Identify deviations from plans and recommend necessary actions.
