We are seeking a talented Tech Lead who serves as a crucial link between product planning and software development. This role requires a deep understanding of business needs, effective team management, and collaboration with Product Leads. The Tech Lead is responsible for defining timelines and strategies to achieve project goals swiftly while ensuring a balance between rapid development and the creation of stable, reliable software systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in Backend Development and infrastructure management, with an eagerness to explore new technologies and methodologies for building superior software.

As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading the DevOps and Backend Development team while ensuring high-quality software delivery.:

Provide technical mentorship to the DevOps and Backend Development team, guiding them on tools, technologies, and best practices., Ensure high code quality through code reviews, coding standards enforcement, and appropriate testing techniques., Design and architect software and infrastructure that meet quality, security, modifiability, and extensibility requirements., Allocate 20-30% of your time to hands-on development of features and infrastructure setup., Collaborate with product leads and principal engineers to align technical designs with product requirements., Encourage a culture of innovation within the team by exploring new tools and technologies to enhance the development process., Understand the organization's vision and development roadmaps, implementing strategies to efficiently manage technical infrastructure and support development.

Qualifications:

• Domain Knowledge: Proficient in highly-scalable microservice architecture developed in Go
• with exceptional skills in building modern cloud infrastructure using AWS
• Azure
• or Google Cloud. Strong understanding of various cloud services
• container orchestration platforms (Docker
• Kubernetes)
• and Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform
• CloudFormation).
• Database Skills: Extensive knowledge of various database systems
• including SQL
• document-based databases
• distributed databases
• and big data analytics. Familiarity with MySQL
