Job Description:

As a Usability / Human Factors Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and performance of medical device systems from a user perspective.:

    Assess and validate complex medical devices for usability and performance., Create and test end-to-end experiences and interfaces from research to product launch., Develop cross-device screen flows, interactive prototypes, and implementation-ready designs., Support the testing team with Verification and Validation testing., Plan, execute, and document usability evaluations for hardware and software interfaces., Develop usability documentation for medical device approval according to relevant standards., Analyze usability study data and recommend design optimizations., Collaborate with clinical advisors, healthcare professionals, and design teams.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Factors

  • Knowledge of FDA and ISO regulations for medical devices with experience in design control processes.
  • Hands-on experience with design tools like Paper and Pen
  • Figma
  • Adobe CC for creating

  • and communicating ideas.
  • Experience in requirement management
  • validation
  • and verification practices.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and German.
