User Experience Assurance Designer

Job Description:

As a User Experience Assurance Designer, you will be responsible for assessing and refining user interactions within Stripe’s product ecosystem. This role involves deep collaboration with product teams to ensure we maintain and elevate the high standards of user experience that our customers expect. You will engage in comprehensive evaluations of user journeys, identifying areas for enhancement, and developing actionable recommendations that positively impact product quality. Your insights will guide the refinement of essential user journeys, ensuring they are optimized for a diverse range of users and tasks. Evaluate and improve user experiences across Stripe’s product offerings by identifying gaps and areas for improvement.:

    Assess user journeys to pinpoint shortcomings and propose enhancements;; Collaborate with product teams to optimize product experience;; Implement user experience evaluation strategies across various use cases;; Investigate and troubleshoot complex user experience issues;; Contribute to the establishment of user experience assurance standards within the development process
