Evaluate and improve user experiences across Stripe’s product offerings by identifying gaps and areas for improvement.:

Assess user journeys to pinpoint shortcomings and propose enhancements;; Collaborate with product teams to optimize product experience;; Implement user experience evaluation strategies across various use cases;; Investigate and troubleshoot complex user experience issues;; Contribute to the establishment of user experience assurance standards within the development process
