Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team and contribute to a critical project for a leading client in the technology sector. This role involves a hybrid work arrangement based in San Jose, California, where you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the organization’s information systems and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. As a Cybersecurity Analyst, you will be responsible for incident response, conducting security audits, and implementing robust security measures. You will collaborate with IT teams to identify and address vulnerabilities, monitor security systems, and manage security tools effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity frameworks and a proactive approach to tackling complex security challenges.

The Cybersecurity Analyst will engage in a variety of critical tasks aimed at enhancing the organization's security posture.:
- Participate in incident response efforts to identify, investigate, and resolve security incidents.;; Conduct comprehensive security audits and framework assessments to ensure compliance with various regulatory standards including NIST, ISO, and ITIL.;; Lead initiatives to address complex cybersecurity issues and vulnerabilities within the organization.;; Implement and uphold data security measures such as encryption and access controls.;; Monitor security systems and infrastructure for signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.;; Manage and configure security tools including endpoint protection systems and network security appliances.;; Perform regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing, recommending remediation strategies.;; Prepare detailed reports and documentation on security assessments, audits, and incident responses.
